So what happened? Why the "Looks" Contradiction?

You have to drink it properly!

For everyone, except for a few people with rare health conditions, there is no loss for drinking water. There are only benefits, and many. So again, how is it that some people drink water all day and are still overweight?

Two reasons; The first is that they drink small amounts throughout the day. To reap the greatest anti-fat benefits, which include a thirty percent increase in metabolism and a reduction of fifteen percent appetite, you need to practice the following rules;

• Water helps break down more carbohydrates. When we drink water, our bodies use carbohydrate uji analisa air stores to trigger an increase in calorie burning. So, if pasta, bread or sugar is your downfall, drinking water will ensure that less pasta, bread and sugar you eat will eventually be stored as fat!

• Have at least ten to fifteen ounces before meals and snacks. When you drink this ten to fifteen ounces, don't sip it, drink it. By consuming this much water, you believe that you will have enough in your system when it is most beneficial.

• DO NOT thirst. In addition to swallowing ten ounces before eating, make sure you drink water throughout the day. If you are a little dry, you have become dehydrated. When we become dehydrated, our body systems, and the efficiency of their functions, including metabolism, drops significantly.

• Avoid hunger with water and save 100 calories per food. Research has shown that when we drink water while eating, we automatically want fifteen percent less calories. That's about 100 fewer calories for every meal than when we drink soda, juice or milk. And water drinkers feel more full than people who pass water.

• For years we have been told NOT to drink water with our food because water dilutes gastric juice and inhibits digestion. There is no clear evidence to support this. However, if you find that drinking water with your food impedes your digestion, be sure to drink a sufficient amount long before mealtime. The stomach needs water to digest food.

• Water filters excess calories. Drinking lots of water allows food to flow through the intestinal tract fast enough to reduce the amount of calories that can be absorbed.
